Do you guarantee the effectiveness of the skin care products you offer?
Yes, we do. In case you are dissatisfied with the effectiveness of our products or find some other product that is more effective than the one purchased from us, we will be glad to refund you the full price of your order upon receiving the purchased product from you (sealed, opened or used).

Did the testing of these products involve testing on animals?
Absolutely not. We strongly oppose animal testing since it’s cruel and doesn’t reflect the effect that the tested product produces on humans.

How long does the shipping take?
In most cases your product will be delivered to you within 5-10 business days after you make the purchase. We ship worldwide from a distribution center located in New Zealand.

Will I be obliged to pay the import tax?
No, you are not likely to be obliged to pay the import tax since we label the products we ship with minimal value in order to avoid and problems at the customs.

What are the payment means you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal transfers and wire transfers (please, contact us beforehand if you want to use the latter payment system).
